Have Nothing but great things to say about Hancock Tree Service. They do great work and are clean and tidy on clean up when the shift ends each day. Even though my roof was damaged in the process from the tree removal they were fast and prompt on fixing it better than it was before. I can't recommend them enough and will refer them to everyone. We had a stray cat get stuck at the top of a very tall tree next to our house. It was there for several days & we could not get it to come down. We called animal control, spoke with someone at the fire department, called several other tree service companies. Unfortunately, we could not find anyone to help with the situation. We came across Hancock Tree Service while googling options. They answered the phone immediately and put us in contact with one of their guys. Thankfully, they were able to come out and get the cat out of the tree. No idea where the cat belongs…but, certainly he doesn’t belong at the top of our tree. A few years back we had what I think was a tornado come through our apartment community. We called Hancock's, they sent over their representative right away, and within a few hours we had a full crew on the property. They came and took care of the cleanup of 30 or more trees. It was quick, very professional, and great work. I would recommend Hancock's and will use them for future tree cleanup or removal.
