Great experience at this location, it was easy to drop my wife off and shop at a store near by while she got her hair cut. Friendly staff and it was clean inside and in parking lot.
Stylist: My wife had a walk in appointment with Dana, she was fast and friendly! She was able to take my wife's desired cut and style and achieve the look she wanted. She was able to cheer my wife up postpartum with a friendly smile and a new hair cut while the baby napped.
I’ve been to a few GC locations across the Knoxville area, but Halls is by FAR my favorite. I always get my haircut how I want it and I always request April to cut my hair. She always does an excellent job and makes sure I’m satisfied before I leave. She even squares away the renegade eye brows and ear hairs that I miss. All the ladies here do a great job, but April is my go to!!

The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. You can actually check in online which is very convenient. I had tried to cut my own hair and botched it up. Brittany had a suggestion to fix it and it worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. I have been looking for a place closer to home and have definitely found it!
