Charles has been invaluable to my parents, in their 80s. Mom can’t stop talking about his commitment to their lawn and reliability. This week, she called him after a tree limb fell on their power line and she could not get a tree service until the end of the week. He sent someone immediately the same day, and cleaned off their driveway/yard after all was cut up and removed. She’s so pleased with their help!

Very impressed with professionalism of the team who was removing leaves from our neighbor's yard today. The wind was mildly blowing but the mass of leaves they were cleaning up was blowing into our mostly leaf-free yard. Thankfully the crew came into our yard and cleared out the fallen leaves that had blown across the neighborhood street. It was really nice to know that they acknowledged it and came to clean up without us needing to ask them.

Love the service from Grassmasters Knoxville. We use them every year to remove leaves and we have LOTS of leaves. They responded quickly and did a great job sucking the leaves up. We use them every year. 5 stars from us!
