I have been with this company for a few years, 2 different branches, with both locations I have had excellent experiences
They always take there time to make sure that I understand my options ( in the situation)
In my opinion good service is a 2 way street
Being upfront and honest, respectful to the person you are on the phone with/ or in person with, you will get the same response.
However in the field they are in sometimes they need to be stern, because of bill collection. But if you are paying your bill on time, then that should not be a problem.

I had a great experience with this company. I used them for another loan on a couch I had bought. Paid it off in the time allotted and never had a problem. Every time I called to get a balance they were kind and made sure they answered all my questions.
