I dropped off four pairs of dress slacks for dry cleaning on Saturday. The young woman at the counter was very pleasant and personable! (She even asked how to properly pronounce my name!) As I was almost to my car, this amazing young woman chased me out to ask about one particular pair of slacks. (Did I want to keep the front-crease....) The order was scheduled to be completed by Wednesday.
On Monday, I received a call from this same young woman, letting me know that my slacks were done early, and that I could pick them up at any time. When I picked them up, she was so friendly and cheery, and even remembered how to pronounce my name!

I had to get 7 pairs of pants hemmed and altered at the waist. They were able to get them taken care of in about 2 weeks, and the work was incredible! The price was a little more than I had expected, however it was WELL worth it for the quality of the alterations.Service: Alterations
