Was very nice and respectful . Said we where more then welcome to sit in truck if we was cold. as they loaded the vehicle . Wasn’t a very long wait time . Very professional towing
Called for a tow to a service center. They communicated when they were close and when they arrived. All went well and was reasonably priced. Recommended and hope not to use again... but will if I have to.
Highly recommend EJ's Towing,My Mom was stuck in Knoxville(over an hour away from home)because her car wouldn't start,Called EJ's towing,He came out to her in a timely manner,Jumped her car off,Have to say very respectful he had her to sit in the tow truck out of the heat,even said he would give her a ride home if needed,Wow he didn't even charge her for services,Thank u so much!Professional and Experienced?Service: Battery service
