I bought a heat pump and installation from DuoTech 5 yrs ago and when I did not have air Monday afternoon I texted them and they texted back immediately that a tech would be out Tuesday. Melo arrived as promised inspected and told us our motor had gone out. He told me it was still under warranty and he would be back Wednesday morning with a new motor. He texted me at 7:45 that he was on his way and 2 hours later he had us fixed. Melo was very polite and knowledgeable. I give this company a 10 out of 10 as well as Melo. Thank you Melo for getting us back up and cooling My dog is now laying in front of the register soaking up the cool air again.
