So far excellent service , called and spoke with Sam - I was not expecitng them to have the same tile i used a few years ago in stock. Sam had the tile and placed it on hold for me on the spot - could not have been easier . Will pick it up soon , already paid for and ready to go! Great job guys!!

Four years ago I used a Daltile product and I needed additional tile to expand the project - no one had it ! Called Daltile in Knoxville ,TN and got ahold of Sam, he took my info and what I needed not expecting it to be in stock? IT WAS in stock and within minutes Sam had reserved it for me, and suggested there was several distribution / retail operations near my location. I made a couple of calls , followd up with a quick visit and I had my tile paid for and will pick it up next Monday. Sam was great ! Ask for him and you will not be disapointed - he also had a great attuide and phone presence.
