I received great customer service from Corum. I had a change mid-project and they were very accomodating. The staff and inspectors and knowledgeable and helped to explain the implications of some of the items caught in the report. Would definitely use them for our next project.

I was trying to purchase a house with the contract being contingent of a home inspection. After having the home inspection, the inspector recommended I find a structural engineer to come take a look at the foundation. I called Corum Engineering in need of help. I talked to Amanda (I beleive her name was) I could be wrong I'm not good with names. However, I explained the situation I was in and she relayed the info over to one of the engineers. Within minutes I got a phone call from John. After explaining everything to him, he told me he could come to the house and inspect the foundation that same day. We recently purchased a remodeled older home. Before closing I wanted to get a full home and structural inspection from a trusted reputable company. I contacted Corum Engineering and explained was closing in two weeks. Ron and Wes went out of their way to accommodate the short schedule. Within a couple of days they were on site. They identified a couple of serious structural issues that the seller took care. Had it not been by the experience and expertise of Ron and Wes, the issues would of gone unnoticed posing a serious risk. Thanks Ron and Wes you guys are the greatest.
