This is my first year with Chancey Reynolds and I'm impressed. Lee was my maintenance man for my unit and he was very nice and easy to work with. He was patient with my questions as I'm trying to learn as a home owner. Thank you Lee really appreciate your help and taking care of my units.

I paid $275.00 for the one that is here and does not work properly. And now I have to pay $275.00 for a replacement because the one I already paid $275 is inferior. So I’m paying $500.00 for this one. A rip-off.

Best Ac/Heating company in town. Always there to diagnose the issue and explain the choices you have to eliminate the problem. Carson is very knowledgeable and patient. We have used other companies but Chauncey & Reynolds are heads above the others!
