Backflow Specialty is a WONDERFUL Christian, family owned and operated business with high standards for themselves and high expectations from their customers. There is no doubt in my mind that if I need assistance from any one of the employees at Backflow Specialty I am getting the best, most thorough and professional answers/help. The best part of this business is their faith and trust in Jesus Christ. He is the backbone of this business and they openly share that it wouldn't be possible without Him. That in itself describes why this business is as successful as it is and that is why they will always have my business and support.
We have used Backflow Specialty Company since 2016 for our annual backflow test. They have always been on time, professional, and willing to answer all questions. They also do all the paperwork for KUB so that it gets entered correctly before the July deadline. FYI: The horrible blue glue was there when we bought so not reflective of their work.
