AeroCare provides excellent service and support for personal treatment needs. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful staff, who go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Technicians are described as wonderful, carrying equipment even in challenging weather and explaining everything clearly. While some found it difficult to reach the office by phone, visiting in person led to positive experiences. Staff members, like Shandon and Steve, are efficient in setting up equipment, providing clear instructions, and offering follow-up support. Overall, AeroCare is recognized for its commitment to customer care and thorough assistance.
Technician was wonderful. Carried everything in eventhough snow was present. His helpful and positive attitude made us comfortable right away. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. Gave us info to call if we had more questions after he left. So happy with this company.
Shandon was knowledgeable and was efficient in setting up the equipment I needed. He made certain that I knew how to operate everything before he left and that I knew who to call if I had problems after he left. Wonderful service!
It was at my home. Rep Steve showed me how to use devices, when to clean filter and when to change hoses. All went well. Instructed me that he was my contact person and provided business cards to reach him. Made sure I had all supplies I needed.
