I have property. I do not have “distressed” property. Someone signed off on this advertisement to get in my mailbox. If an agent already values my property as distressed, then I don’t think that agent is qualified to represent me in a sale. Poor advertising.

Even for a rather low property sale (Lot) I received good advice and attention. Kathy was a good Listener and provided information by which we both gained when the sales price was increased and very shortly thereafter produced a full price offer and subsequent sale.
