Wonderful & reliable company. We called about our air conditioner; setup appt. Sandra came checked it out told us what needed to be done. Part ordered Sandra came, called to let us know she was on her way, & fixed our unit. Sandra wants to help people & it shows in her attitude & work ethic. Five stars for this company!
Our entire experience from initial call to completed repair was such a great experience! The customer service is stellar (T was wonderful)! Wayne was available earlier than scheduled. Communication was excellent every step of the way. Wayne explained everything clearly, repaired our heat, was friendly, thorough and efficient! I would highly recommend this company!
I just had my new unit installed and it's working perfectly. The installation crew was great, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Thumbs up and 5 stars!
