Vaden uses subcontractors and holds them accountable for their work. There is better quality and less issues when you use the same subcontractors for years.

Vaden, Sarah, and Cole were, and still are, always available. I have contacted Vaden and Cole with questions and they respond immediately. Even after several months, Vaden has contacted me to address an issue because he wanted to make something better. When you build with other builders, you may be dealing with a project manager. With Northcutt Custom Homes, you are dealing with the owners and builder themselves.
