When we decided that our deck needed attention, I called Deck Solutions, LLC for quotes to repair or replace. Weylin provided a lot of input during our initial conversation and scheduled a site visit for the following day. He showed up when he said he would and took time to explain the current condition of our deck and what steps could be done to remedy the issues with repair to extend the deck's life instead of replacing it. There were no pressure sales tactics used. I asked for a quote, and received a reasonable one with all the materials and labor clearly outlined. We accepted the quote and were put on their schedule. Weylin was an excellent communicator, periodically reaching out to confirm we were on track for the start date, and they showed up the day and time they said they would to begin. The work was expertly and efficiently done by Weylin, Andy and John, and they all made sure we understood each step and what to expect. I especially appreciated all the care taken to stain the deck without getting it on our house, driveway, vehicles and yard. You really do get first rate work from this company at a good price.
