From the service rep Craig Dooley to the installer Denton Moore… Kenetico is the most reasonable, high quality water softener, and reverse osmosis service company out there.Not a better company!

Denton is an excellent technician. He worked efficiently and diligently. There were some challenging issues with where to place drain hoses, but he was able to solve the problems and got the work completed in a couple of hours. His experience in doing the work was evident.

I had such an incredible experience with this Aqua Pure.First, the came out and gave me a professional and fair quote (with options) for our water filter.Second, installation was so seamless! The tech was professional and quick.Finally, we saw an increase in our water bill. We assumed it was our new filter. Their team came out (at no cost) to check and determined that wasn’t the issue. Then they checked our faucets and toilets. Found a leak on a faucet (that was not connected to their work) and even helped me fix the leak.This level of customer service is rare! Thank you Aqua Pure team and I would happily recommend you to other homeowners.
