Had the worst experience of my life. The lady was done with my nails in less than 10 minutes. Was very rude. Not the nails I wanted. I was tearing up as she was doing my nails because I was not liking them at all.

I took my daughter to get Halloween nail polish. The polish job was great. The place was not. It smelled like cigarettes. The shelves were filthy. Finally, the nail technician pulled a sterile tool kit out of her draw, but once she finished my daughters nails she put all the tools into the same sterile kit. Who knows how many times that kit had been used on other customers. It’s so unsanitary. I’mService: Nail polish changes

This place is awful. Literally took about 3 mins start to finish on a basic manicure. I left with flooded cuticles & jagged skin around my nails. AND they're more expensive than nearby competitors. Could've done a better job myself.Service: Manicure
