The Salt Oasis Kingsport offers a mellow and relaxing atmosphere for guests to enjoy various salt-based therapies, including a salt room, infrared sauna, and salt bed. It is a super clean and peaceful environment with a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Visitors praise the relaxing experience and the beneficial services, including the infrared light therapy and red light therapy, which help with pain. The beautiful salt lamps and foot domes are also available for purchase. Many leave feeling better and more relaxed, with reasonable prices and easy online booking.
I spent the most relaxing 30 minutes in the infrared sauna this weekend. I visit a sauna in my hometown of Nashville regularly and was very excited to find the Salt Oasis. Brandye, the owner of the Salt Oasis, is an absolute gem. I plan on stopping in every trip to Kingsport. Time here is time well spent - treat yourself :)
