Smart Cuts is a reliable business that provides great haircuts. The experienced stylists know how to work with a variety of hair types, even the most "messed up mops." Customers can expect to receive a good haircut without waiting too long, and with years of experience under their belt, the staff can deliver a great look. The prices are awesome and the ladies always do a great job. This place gives a good ole small town southern feel and the price is cheaper than other places. The hair cut is always consistent and they keep spikey hair on point. You can make your appointment/check-in on their website. The ladies there are very friendly and have done a great job.
I have nothing but good things to say about smartcuts. Very friendly and professional staff. I have been going to smartcuts for 10 years now. A big thank you to Kay,she is the lady that has cut my hair for 10 years now. I first met her at the Johnson City location and ever since then she has always done a wonderful job cutting my hair. This is the only place I will go to get my hair done. I have been going to smart cuts since they were in Johnson City and I have always had Ms Kay to do my hair. When the store closed in Johnson City I started coming to the Kingsport store just so she could continue to do my hair. She has always done a great job on anything she has done. No matter what someone says about her will make me feel any different about her. I love you Ms Kay and don’t let the negativity bring you down! Keep doing what your doing you do a great job!
I was amazed at how nice the store was. I had a fantastic hair stylist that did exactly what I told her to do. Miss Kay paid close attention at every aspect of my hair. I highly recommend Miss Kay because she takes the time to learn what the customer wants. Plus if you are having a bad day she is so funny she will bring laughter into your life.
