From the moment of reaching out for an estimate, receiving a response(YES!), getting quality work completed and being able to reach Rodney directly as needed- every aspect of our experience with Simple Man construction has been 5 star. We had a bathroom remodel as well as a front porch remodel. Rodney, Gary, Nick and the rest of the crew were professional, knowledgeable, personable and strive to please their customers.
Simple Man Construction installed a Trex deck, railing, and a deck roof covering at our residence in the fall of 2025. Rodney Powers, the owner, responded to our request for quote immediately. He came out and surveyed our project. We received an itemized quote in a few days for our project based on our detailed specifications.
The deck supervisor, Nick and his co-worker, Matt were the primary workers on our project. Both were very knowledgeable of the proper construction techniques, performed a quality job, knew the order and logistics of each project stage, were excellent to get to know and very attentive of clean up. If you’re looking for a contractor you can actually trust, look no further than Simple Man Construction. They did an incredible job on our kitchen renovation. They handled every 'renovation surprise' with clear communication and expert solutions. Most importantly, as someone who had to be away for part of the project, I felt 100% comfortable leaving my wife and home in their hands. They are true professionals who treat your home like their own.
