“Back in September/October of 2025, I began considering replacing the windows in my mobile home and settled on The Window Source tri-cities. In early December, Shawn and TJ came to install. I immediately liked them - Shawn introduced themselves and shook my hand. It was a cold, rainy morning and they hadn’t been suitably informed of how far it was to my home so arrived around 11. I sensed they were quite concerned after seeing the situation on my home, and maybe hadn’t been completely given the specifics. My home has a 12” metal band running entirely around the top - mere inches from the original windows. They were deeply concerned about installing in this situation and future leaking issues. They worked out a plan they felt they could put their reputation and service contract on and went to work, installing all the large windows that day! The next day was sleet and quite cold with some icy roads! They worked diligently and extremely efficiently and professionally, finishing up the entire 8 windows I’d purchased. I felt quite confident in their work and their installation plan. The weather conditions worsened throughout the day and their apparent surprise with the installation situation when they arrived kept them there until late in the afternoon. But they completed my install quite beautifully and professionally!!!! I’m quite happy with their excellent skills and recommend Shawn and TJ’s work 1,000,000%!!! They’re a great team and I’m quite happy with my install!“

There were several problems including out of plumb, out of square, hard to open, hard to close but he fixed all those problems and the shutters look better than when they were installed new. He said he likes to do it right the first time.“

“I used Gibson Roofing not only for my roofing needs but they also put up some guttering for me. There was a misunderstanding as to where I wanted the guttering installed, as I was out of town when they first came to install it and they installed the gutter on a part of my mobile home that didn't need gutter. Without a bit of hesitation, they came out on 10-11-2021 and with no additional charge, they put up the gutter where I had originally wanted it.
