I just tried joining yesterday and so many machines were out of order even the water machine . Their aren’t many people there an also a man that was at the front desk was very rude with me when I asked about the black card a that I am a veteran . He didn’t help me at all except for telling me that’s what we have a website for we don’t do it here . Then the tanning area was nasty looked like they weren’t cleaned . Idk Id rather go somewhere where it’s clean people are nicer and not worry about only money . This isn’t right at all . I’d choose a better place if I was you .

Terrible business. They take your money it’s a pain to cancel. Go to the YMCA or a different gym because this one is a rip off.

I felt comfortable I seen people like myself meaning out of shape but doing something about it left the gym knowing this was not phase but a new person

Front desk always changing but still rude and unhappy with whatever. The music does not go with working out more like they appeal to the younger people even there are quite a few older ones. I would not recommend this gym unless you are under 30.

This particular PF just did renovations to the facility and added new equipment such as squat racks, an extra Smith Machine, and brand new cardio stuff. I was paranoid they were going to remove machines I depend on for my routine to make room, but it appears everything is still there. They did remove some cardio equipment but there is still enough for everyone to access one. Staff is always kind and helpful, although there appears to be a pretty significant turnover. It's worth noting a small number of machines break constantly which gets frustrating but they do their best to fix them. I appreciate the value and variety provided by PF. It is easy to train every body part and a total bargain. I've lost 80 lbs and this gym helped a ton.

Lots of different equipment. Everything I need to work out! Everything is clean and neat. The people there are courteous. The staff are super friendly and helpful. But most of all, I feel safe.
