Justin Barker was the one who came out to diagnose the problem when my bathroom started flooding. He was very friendly, and I was very comfortable with him here. That is one of the most important things to me when someone has to come to my home. I appreciate his professionalism and great attitude. He was able to solve my immediate problem for the time being, and I will be using Pink Duck to do the major repairs here soon. I hope I can request that he be the one to come out to do the work!
