FYI this business now charges a 4% fee to pay by debit or credit card. There is no sign anywhere that announces this policy or the fee, nor are you presented the opportunity to be informed or opt out. I noticed it when the price announced differed from the price charged to my card. When I inquired, I was then told there was a fee. While I understand the fee, notifying customers of this in advance so you can be prepared to pay with cash would be customer oriented.
Oh my goodness!! We moved to Kingsport in April, and everyone is so nice!! Bob, at Mr. Cleaners , was SO NICE !!! I found my go to cleaners !! Thank you Bob for your amazing service, friendly face and all around great personality!! Can’t wait to come back again !!
Have taken shirts and some dry cleaning for several years. Probably will not return. Sometimes shirts come back clean and sometimes collar is still dirty. About a year ago I took a sports coat to have cleaned and wanted a spot removed as well. Upon picking up coat I was told spot would not come out. At home my wife used water on the spot and came right out. First negative review I’ve ever posted.
