Dry Clean City provides dry cleaning services for various items, including suits, dresses, and comforters. The business is praised for its excellent job in cleaning a comforter that was previously ruined, and for returning it earlier than expected. Customers have also noted that their clothes, such as shirts and dresses, looked great after being cleaned. However, there have been some issues with the time it took to complete the orders, as well as the cost being higher than some customers expected. Despite these concerns, some customers may consider returning due to the high-quality cleaning results. Overall, Dry Clean City is described as a professional and wonderful business that provides good, but somewhat pricey, dry cleaning services.
I took my daughter's wedding dress to Dry Clean City in Kingsport to be cleaned. I should have taken it about 3 years prior after the wedding but I didn't. That's another story. Cheyenne and the staff at Dry Clean City did an excellent job of cleaning my daughters wedding dress. They showed me the process. Let me see the dress after it was cleaned, before they boxed it up. I am very thankful to Cheyenne and the team for their Patience, understanding, and hospitality.
This was my first time using a dry cleaning service, and I was very pleased. It took an extra day for my items to be finished, but the shop communicated with me about the delay, and the woman I spoke with each time was friendly and professional.
