Model City replaced our black shingle roof a few months ago in early 2026. Derek Olterman, our roofing consultant, was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was punctual with appointments, transparent with the state of our old roof and pricing, and got the job done quick. His crew got the entire roof replaced within the span of one day, and we did not find a SINGLE leftover nail or piece of debris anywhere. Their cleanup was incredibly thorough, and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend this company.
