The Blower Motor went out and McLain made it a priority to get it replaced. They also did their best to make sure it was covered under factory warranty saving me $1000. I would recommend them for all heating and cooling needs. Their personnel are kind and customer focused.

Randy, Josh and Mitchel were super professional, efficient and clean. I needed to move an air handler from one side of my home to the other. They ran into a small problem with a concrete block wall, but were able to effectively work around it. I would happily work with these guys again.

The technician, Daniel, explained the diagnostic options and quickly found the leak causing loss of refrigerant gas. With my approval, he also installed preventative items to help lessen future repair costs. He certainly knows his field, and was on time for the appointments and provided an accurate estimate of the repair cost.
