Call McLain first time for unit past company installed didn't work. Daniel came out and explained to call back same company to see what they do in leak somewhere in line if they're not doing than call McLain back which is tell they are not greedy on charges if someone else will put freon in and make it work for few days so let's see what will happen if not I will call them back to do service
Today they came again and find a problem now they will work on it to resolve

In the process of replacing my home HVAC system, I got five proposals from local contractors. McLain provided clearly the most comprehensive and professional estimates, with three options, all of which were in the exact same price range as the other four contractors whose proposals were very lacking. They will be installing my new system soon and I am looking forward to the experience due to their professionalism. Ralph Suit
Randy, Josh and Will did an excellent job installing the new heat pump! They explained the different parts and how the new thermostat worked. They cleaned up and left the job site in excellent shape. We highly recommend these three gentlemen, Randy, Josh, and Will. They were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed talking with them.
