I’ve gone to Luxe nails, a total of 3 times. The first time, I had a nail, break after a week. The second time, I asked for a matte finish and my nails looked very bumpy. This last time, I requested the tips of my stilettos be cut off and a specific design. Somehow I was roped into a completely new set, she trimmed my real nails down that weren’t long to begin with, and I didn’t even get the colors that I requested. I was only asked if I liked my nails when she was almost done with them, because she forgot about the color I wanted instead of what I got. I have gone to several salons in the area. I went to lux to try them out because I was tired of manicures I wasn't happy with. I will never go anywhere else now. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and relaxed. Even a forehead massage with waxing.

My husband and I visit Lux every 3-4 weeks for pedicures, a man’s manicure and a shellac manicure for me. I also have my eyebrows waxed every couple of visits. Each of the nail technicians are so polite, very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make each visit a wonderful experience. Their prices are very reasonable as well. We usually are walk-ins but on occasion, especially during any holiday, we try to have appointments. However, any service you may have is worth the wait!K & M BeamKingsport TN
