The nicest nail salon in Kingsport! So friendly and warmly welcomed me in the evening before a holiday. Salon is clean, bright, organized and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 experience and my new spot for pedicures in the area!

Different Day
Nails done today by D Jay. He was wonderful made sure I liked my nails through it service. Everyone is very nice and pleasant again today. Great work, happy customer. 60/23/25
Love this place! Lily's is the only place I'll get my nails done.
I've never left there less than 100% satisfied and I've been going there for about 2 years.
Very nice staff, hard to understand sometimes but they always make me feel like I'm their favorite customer!
