Good communication, punctual, honest, and up front about things. Issac was able to teach me a thing or two about our furnace set up, and was willing to go the extra mile. I definitely recommend IDM for your hvac needs.
We contacted multiple plumbers, as well as the big box stores, about having our water heater replaced before we found IDM. They were able to beat the price for all of the above, as well as being extremely quick in getting the install done. In addition, Isaac was extremely friendly and professional. It feels great to finally have a wonderful plumber in the area!
Issac came to the rescue after our basement flooded due to a faulty pressure regulator and failed valve. He showed up and took care of business. He was also transparent about the repairs and pricing. IDM is honest and reliable. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.
