So shout out to Serena Dingus I highly recommend you guys to take your dogs to her. She’s very gentle kind loves animals. They will be well took care of bath trimmed, etc.. You definitely won’t take your animals anywhere else. I’m giving her a five star.

I always have a wonderful experience with this couple with my Niko. He always comes home looking great & smelling like a million dollars. Their prices r fantastic. I would recommend these lovely people to everyone. 5 Stars all the way. Once again Heavenly Cuts grooming exceeds my expectations. Their services are the best.

I took my 14 week red nose pit over to be given a bath and have his nails trimmed and everything went amazingly. He absolutely loved both David and Serena immediately and felt calm throughout the process. It blew my mind how calm he was and how well they worked with him. After his bath he smelled AMAZING and the way they do their nails is incredible. Not only do they clip their nails, they also use a quiet dremel tool to file them down so they’re not sharp at all. They truly do care about your animals and they couldn’t be in better hands! Thank you David and Serena!

I am so pleased with the grooming done for my rescue terror, Tanner🐶❣️ He looked amazing, smelled like blueberries and was so happy when I picked him up! I highly recommend Serena and her husband and how they give the dog their undivided, hands on attention. Tanner is treated like family and loved during the whole spa day👏👏🐶❣️

Terrible communication. They said they would text me a reconfirmation when we got closer to the grooming date with their address. That never happened. I called them the day of the grooming and nobody answered the phone, which raised my suspicions. I found the address and went to their home. Knocked on the door and nobody answered! And then received a phone call 7 hours later apologizing! I would never take my dog to this groomer! Don't waste your time!

Miss Serena and her family were great with Miss Zelda and we are so pleased with how nice she looks and smells after her grooming. We also appreciate that y’all have weekend appointments as well. This makes keeping our furry munchkin groomed easier for our busy household which means the whole family is happy. Our dog is a long haired breed and with the hot weather approaching you’ll surely hear back from us in another few weeks!

I am a traveling nurse. My husband and I tried to trim our 3 year old Aussiedoodle ourselves and failed miserably. We needed to find a groomer emergently. Heavenly Cuts Grooming in Kingsport TN came to our rescue. The groomer turn out, “Buddy,” from a chopped up mess into a beautiful looking dog. The details of how they trimmed him are better than we’ve seen in a while. Buddy was happy and likes the Heavenly Cuts Dog Groomer. The groomer is knowledgeable, professional and very much a dog lover! Thank you for saving my Buddy’s bubbly personality!
