Carter-Trent was absolutely amazing. Jacob took care of my baby girl from start to finish. He was able to inform me of information with any questions I had. He was kind to mine and Dakota’s. He was able to complete all the tasks we asked and ensured us everything would be done the way we wanted/ pictured. The staff was friendly and understanding. At CarterTrent you are family. Jacob made us feel like we had someone that we could count on to get us through the loss of a husband, father, papaw and brother. He was with us every step of the way. The same is true for the rest of the staff! We were in the hands of a very compassionate and caring team during all the steps and even after, the caring continues. Me and my family thank you.
