Warning ⚠️ don't take your loved ones here.Ballad associates prescribed wrong medication for my eye ,now I am left with blurry vision, don't believe this P,R stunt, typed below this,this is their blanket response for all their problems.

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY FOR PATIENTS. That shout be the first thing on their website. The beds are prison mats. There is literally no place in the facility to sit or lay comfortably. Staff is a mixed bag. They were either great, or taskmasters. Food was absolutely terrible. I will never drink apple juice again. There HAS to be a better place. Do your research before ending up there.
