Today we had our HVAC system checkup by Tri City Air. Mike B came out to do the service. He did a great job, checked everything out and did a courtesy cleaning on the outdoor unit. Had a great experience meeting with Darren yesterday to discuss a problem with my heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and professional and took his time inspecting my inside and outside units. I would highly recommend him for your HVAC service.

I had a wonderful experience. I had six companies give me estimates, they were the only company that tested the furnace. We replaced the outside unit and inside cooling. They were timely and communicated exceptionally well. It’s been a couple months now and the unit works perfectly. I tell everyone how positive my experience was.
