Tyler from AAA-1 is my "Go To" HVAC engineer for the propertites I own. He is an extreme competent engineer. I have a follow up appointment with Tyler and one of the owners (Kelly) to explore dehumidifier options, and new AC/Gaspack. Always great service! Tyler came out for maintenance and was nice, thorough, and professional.
They cam out within a few hours of my call. The service man quoted me for a part, then as he was getting into the actual service found it to be something much cheaper to fix. The price was about $600 cheaper than originally thought. A lot of companies would've just replaced the more expensive part. I'm very grateful this servicemen/ company was honest and did the cheaper part. My heat pump works great again.
