I tried to use this service - they accepted my service call to complete a backflow test at a commercial site on 8/25. I've emailed 5 times and left 4 voice messages with no return call. I spoke with a gentleman on Monday and he was going to check on it and call me back. To date, no communication at all after "Jeff" verbally committed to the service. Not sure how you stay in business.
