Exceptional. My AC decided to quit working at about 1 pm. Abruptly! I called Newman and by 2 pm a repairman was at my door and diagnosed the problem as a failed water pump. Repairs immediately made, along with assessment of overall condition of the entire structure. That is rapid service, which is what I appreciate about Newman.
