Paid half of the cost for an inground pool in Sept 2022, was told work would start in spring 2023. Was given repeated run around on start date and the pool was finally installed and finished in late Oct 2023.
The work crew was good and progress went well
Owner said they’d be out to winterize and close it in Nov 2023. Never showed up. Won’t return calls or texts and didn’t give me my $3.800 winter safety cover that I’ve paid for. Still don’t have it.
Had to pay someone else to winterize it but still no cover on it. This is not how the original owner ran the business!

Once the job was started, we were very happy with Joseph’s crew and the work they performed. The crew is hardworking, polite, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. The reason I can’t give full 5 stars is due to communication leading up to the install and timeliness. However this did improve towards the end of our project and we love our pool!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Took our deposit of 26K a year ago. Never responded to phone calls and continued to lie to us about when work would begin. We asked for our deposit back and he continued to say he would send it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We are going to take legal action if we can even get it back. Also, the website has been taken down. Also owns Holston Valley Hardscapes. Don't use them!
