The techs here are knowledgeable and great to work with. The work was done when they said it would be and done right. Would highly recommend for any work that you need for all of your devices. Doubly so for Asurion work.

They were unable to fix the issue I had with my device, but they were very thorough in their efforts. I appreciated the friendly service I received, and the best part was that the whole process was free!

Something happened to the power button on my HP ProDesk 600 Mini and I couldn't turn it on. HP sent the replacement part and I stripped a screw while trying to remove the old part. I took it to Best Buy but they couldn't fix it, and recommended ubreakifix. I walked in off the street with no appointment, and in less than five minutes they had the screw out and the new part installed. I was willing to pay whatever but they refused to charge me for their service. However, the 5-star rating was not because of that.
