Very thankful for the salesman that we worked with Glenn S. he listened to all of the features we wanted in our new vehicle and found one that we love and wanted to take home. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Johnson City Nissan and Glenn would be the reason we go back. The finance department was very pushy about purchasing the vehicle and I feel like we rushed into purchasing.
This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. It has new owners now, and they were easier to deal with. Allen the sales representative did a great job. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. It took two trips to finish the purchase based on getting the best price. I paid a little more than I expected, but I love my new Pathfinder. This dealership does play a few games with their sticker prices and advertised pricing, but overall not a bad experience. I would recommend Johnson City Nissan and Allen as your salesperson. At the end of the day, driving the hour twice saved me $5k.
The service manager, Josh I believe, stayed on the phone with Nissan Corporate office trying to sure that they covered the cost of the parts to make my Rouge work the way it is supposed to. He got the approval and got us out of there pretty quickly, all things considered. He did a great job. Service like this is a great thing at Nissan of Johnson City. We really appreciate it!
