Just wanted to say that this company worked with us and completely resolved an issue that we had with a mistake that the sales person at Aqua Living made on the color of tiles in our swim spa. They went above and beyond to correct it. We love our swim spa and also want to mention that the delivery team was amazing with their professionalism in unloading and placing it exactly where we wanted it. Thanks for everything.
Had my hot tub for 4 years. LPI customer service is great. My tuff cover no longer sealed in the center. I had to pay a small pro-rated amount. But I have a new updated cover. They sent me some new filters for free. I am still happy with my purchase.
