My wife and I recently moved from Texas to Knoxville, Tennessee. DJ(Dale) was by far the best part of this adventure. He isn't even from Knoxville, but was able to facilitate all of our needs. He was able to arrange multiple showings of houses that might have met our needs. He always answered calls or was quick to call back. We found a great house and even got it below list in an unprecedented market. I will only use DJ for my realty needs from now on.
