My vacuum brush stopped working. I new it needed a new belt, but I was concerned that there were other issues. I took it to Gary, and he opened it up while I was there. He explained exactly what was wrong (no charge).He had the part in stock, and I picked up my fully functioning vacuum the very next day. Thrilled.
TRUSTWORTHY!! This is the only place I will take my machines and the only place that I trust. They're always honest and fair.Most places have that clique mentality. They're out to make a sale and will push tens of thousands on someone convincing them they can start a business out of their home. Most of these people end up stuck with a machine that they have no idea what to do with. Let alone running a business with it. I've been sewing for most of my life and on a professional level for several years. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I TRUST! They're honest. They're fair in their fabric cuts. No shortages that mess up my quilt plans. They're up front about possible costs in repairs...read full review
