Over the last few years, I have used Harp legacy to build a foundation for both my house and then later on a garage. I found them to be excellent to work with in every way. Ralph Matera was readily available to come out and look at the job site. He was very willing to make changes to the plans on the fly as the work required, giving helpful suggestions along way. They were able to get the work done much more quickly than I had anticipated, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. The house was done about seven years ago and I have had absolutely no problems with anything that Harp legacy did.
