After contacting multiple companies, Harp Legacy was the only one that would take on our foundation in such a challenging location in the mountains. They completed the job in less time than the other companies would have taken to just stage the job. I can honestly say this is one of the few foundations in this area that has not had any problems with settling, cracking or water infiltration. I highly recommend them. We will be using them again on our next project.

Over the last few years, I have used Harp legacy to build a foundation for both my house and then later on a garage. I found them to be excellent to work with in every way. Ralph Matera was readily available to come out and look at the job site. He was very willing to make changes to the plans on the fly as the work required, giving helpful suggestions along way. They were able to get the work done much more quickly than I had anticipated, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. The house was done about seven years ago and I have had absolutely no problems with anything that Harp legacy did. Operating as a General Contractor, there is a process of scheduling multiple trades in an orderly fashion. Harp Legacy has always been easy to work with and completed our projects in a very effective timely manner. We have been working with Kenny and Ralph for more than 10 years and will continue to do so in the future!
