She does good work and moves quickly HOWEVER the reason I’m giving her two stars is because I had an appointment scheduled for 1 PM. I moved my schedule around to be there on time. I get an EMAIL 2 hours before my appointment asking me to come at 3 PM instead. I didn’t even get a text. I tried to call the shop with no answer. I didn’t see the email until 12:30 when I was on the way to the shop. She didn’t respond to my email until 2:40 PM. When it came to pay, and I asked if I could be compensated a little in price due to the fact that I had to move my appointment back 2 hours she REFUSED. I got the butterfly locks medium size mid-back length.

Pros: Etta is very kind. I needed my hair done as soon as possible due to upcoming celebrations. She found a way to put me in her schedule the same day! She gave me a 1 hour time frame to be there. When I came, she delivered the service in 3hours. She told me she could finish in 2-3hrs despite expecting another scheduled appointment that day right after me. She even postponed on eating her warm lunch until she has delivered the service as promised. She helped me out thay day with a discount as well. She has a big heart. It is hard to find out there. She is a person of words. She took good care of my scalp.

Etta takes such good care of me. She’s kind. She’s fast. She makes me laugh and my braids always look perfect. You’re mad you can’t get in? Book earlier. She’s busy because she’s GOOD. Good hair, good heart, good human
