Dry Clean City will now be my one and ONLY dry cleaners for now on!! I went by there to drop off 2 suits at 3:28pm. Well, come to find out they closed at 3:00 but an employee saw me and opened the door and REOPENED the register after they closed out for the day and took my suits to be cleaned!!! It was best customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. Thank you Dry Clean City!!!
Overpriced $27 and poor service for cleaning a wool coat. Then, they were unable to accept cash. What sort of business refuses to accept the national currency? $10 across town. I believe in second opportunity. I will try again.
Really don't have a lot of clothing items that require dry cleaning, but having my down vest dry cleaned at Dry Clean City in Johnson City, made me wish that I wish I had more.Friendly and courteous service at both drop off and pick up. The price was reasonable and the vest was ready for pick up hours earlier than expected. Even better and more convenient I was notified via Text - which was great because I was in the area.I highly recommend Dry Clean City in Johnson City for any of your dry cleaning needs.
