Completely agree with JB and very deceptive. Travis' version of covenants are not intended to protect your lot property value, but to make him money. Question the validity and legality of the restrictions. He has no home construction experience and would never build home with him. No projects, photos, references for residential construction. Overpriced projects 3x. Hard to work with and unreasonable.
