I was so pleased with my recent visit to Changes Medical Spa. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, patient, and caring. It is obvious that helping people feel their best is important to them. A significant amount of time was set aside to explain procedures and health benefits related to them and thoroughly answer any questions that I had. They did not rush through the visit and I felt that they truly listened to my concerns and questions. I have always had a great experience here. They are very welcoming and Dr. Angela is highly knowledgeable about all of their products and services. She goes above and beyond to understand you as a person and what your needs may be on multiple levels, even in your personal life. They always answer the phone and get back to you quickly with any questions you may have, even when the office is closed. They do a great job at working with your schedule and squeezing you in between other appointments if possible. Dr Shelton and Dr Jackson are amazing! The entire staff is so friendly and professional! The work they do always looks so natural! I wouldn’t trust anyone else but changes for my needs!
