Big John's Backyard Builders is a family-owned business serving the tricities area since 1993. They specialize in custom building projects, ensuring each job meets the customer's goals and expectations. John was so easy to work with and gave an estimate for fixing a deck. The crew began working and had the deck finished very quickly and cleaned up everything. They were surprised how fast they were able to get the deck finished. No complaints. Very professional and walked them through every step until the job was completed. Zack and Josh did outstanding carpentry work and were fast and very friendly to them and their animals. They ripped out the old deck and built a bigger, way higher quality one than before. They highly recommend for outdoor deck building needs. Military discount. While the overall structural work appeared solid, two visibly damaged boards were used in the railing. The company did return to replace the damaged boards, but it took about a week and a half to get the issue corrected. Communication during this period was a challenge, as all the work is done by subcontracted crews without direct oversight. Backyard Builders relies on multiple subcontractor crews.
